 About Linda Lottman Craigg
In 1997, I graduated from the Atlanta School of Massage (ASM) with a dual certification in Deep Tissue and Neuromuscular Therapy. I am nationally certified (NCBTMB) and licensed in the state of Georgia. I spent six years on the ASM teaching staff and have over 1000 hours of training, including extensive continuing education in sports massage, orthopedic assessment, myoskeletal alignment, and acupressure. I am certified in Thai massage, deep leverage stretching considered a medical discipline in Thailand.  I currently have my own practice in a medical clinic in northern metro-Atlanta.

Mine is an integrative approach to bodywork, using my knowledge and experience to optimize health and performance. I collaborate with a wide variety of health care professionals including physicians, chiropractors, physical therapists, and personal trainers. My clientele includes all ages, from children and teens to seniors. With 13 years experience I have worked with elite, professional and Olympic athletes including WUSA women’s pro-soccer teams, Olympic swimmers and track & field teams, and pro-tennis players.

Prior to my massage career, I earned a B.S. degree in geology at the University of Illinois and took several graduate courses in Oceanography. I spent 20 years as a corporate geologist and consultant in international energy. During this time I travelled extensively with trips to China, Australia, Switzerland, and the Galapagos Islands. Interests include nature photography, swimming, weight training, cycling, reading, playing piano, and yoga.

Years of traveling and a passion for geology and the natural world give me a unique perspective on bodywork. I feel that our bodies function very much like earth systems; both are complex systems and constantly in a dynamic state of change and evolution. It is a privilege to be in a profession that I enjoy and that touches people’s lives in such a direct way. I strive to continue learning and growing as a therapist. For my clients, I hope that receiving bodywork increases awareness, helps promote a healthy lifestyle, and enhances balance in your lives.
